I believe sometimes life puts our head down.

We become exhausted, we become discouraged.

And things become a little bit more of a struggle.

Until lift our head back up seems like we need all the strength in the world.

But when life puts our head down, maybe it's an opportunity

to look in another direction.

Maybe we've been looking up a little bit too much.

And maybe another direction needs our presence, needs our energy.

You know, sometimes we become exhausted emotionally, physically, spiritually.

And through these times we need to go in another direction.

Go within, go inside, retreat.

Because the answers we are looking for may not be in the direction we are going in.

But the answers we are looking for are always within.

Are always with us. Truth remains within us. Truth is us.

That's why when we come across truth, we resonate with it on an intuitive level.

It's like we just know it is true.

Have you ever known you just know someone is lying?

You could just feel it. You have those intuitive senses.

That's because you are truth.

You know more than you allow yourselves to believe. You know more.

The answers are with us.
