Housing Affordability fell in March, but by how much?

One company says its vaccine data is ready to review for kids under six,

while another is looking for approval of its shot in the arm for adults.

Housing affordability in the U.S. fell in March to near all-time lows, this as home

prices and mortgage rates continue to go up. According to the Black Knight Mortgage Monitor,

home prices in March appreciated at an annualized rate of 19.9%.

Yes, this is down from February's 20.1%.

According to Black Knight, payment to income ratio was 32.5% in March.

This is just 1.6% from the all-time high in July 2007. Year to date the average monthly mortgage payment has increased 38% to 1809 a month.

That number is up 72% since the start of the pandemic.

Modernist Chief Medical Officer says its vaccine for kids younger than six will be

ready for review by the FDA. The panel meets in June. Moderna submitted a request for

emergency use authorization late last month, but what about efficacy? Vaccine efficacy is 51% for those six months to under two. For two to younger than six, it's 37%.

The chief medical officer acknowledged that these numbers are lower than they've seen in the past.

He says the study was conducted during Omicron.
