Politico got its hands on the initial draft decision in a Scotis case that could ultimately overturn Roe v.

Wade. The decision was written by Justice Alito. This decision is in response to a case heard by the court in December.

It's a case out of Mississippi, Dobbs versus Jackson Women's Health Organization.

Alito said Roe was egregiously wrong from the start.

He went on to say that it is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion

to the people's elected representatives.

In other words, put it in the hands of the states.

The court is not expected to release a final decision for another two months.

The question is, how will Corporate America respond?

Take a look at recent history.

Georgia's so-called heartbeat law in 2019 was challenged.

Yes, in court, but also by the entertainment industry,

a big moneymaker for that state.

Production companies and actors refused to work in Georgia.

The six week law was blocked to allow for arguments to be heard at the Scotis level in the Mississippi case.
