Listen, it's the virtue.

So my mom took a spill this week and busted her hip and went in for surgery earlier in

the week.

She's got dementia also.

So I'm going to go up to New York City and check her out, give her some comfort.

And I thought, you know, well, I'm going to New York City.

And the family really hasn't been able to do a lot together this summer.

All this my 16 year old has been on mission trips and his custody weeks with me just

haven't been the same as when Eliza's with us.

So we usually do a lot of stuff together and get away.

And we haven't had to this summer or couldn't, I should say this summer.

So I thought, all right, you know what, this could be kind of a lose win win.

The lose is having to check out my mom in the hospital.

The win is at least we can do a family weekend and while I'm at the hospital, maybe they

can do a couple of things.

I'll join them when I can.

And Eliza got super.

This is my eight year old stepdaughter super stoked by the idea of going to the American

girl store in doll store in New York City, which also has a cafe apparently.

Oh my God.

This thing is like, I guess they're all over the country.

They're not there.
