0:17.5	two HC climbs and finishing with a category one, 50Ks of flat pretty much before the first,
0:24.4	HC climb the cold or third or third, 11.6K is 8%, the cent bit of a valley,
0:31.3	Puerto de la Rau, I'm not familiar with the climb, 15K is 8%, but the first 10K is a steeper than
0:37.2	that, the cent, 3K, 6% kicker, rolling valley, and then the finished climb is 9.4K, 6%, but it
0:46.0	really levels off the last 1,400 metres of 3%, the first 5K is 6K is a much more difficult,
