Hi, Luke's joining me from Colorado and I just want to take one quick second to apologize

for this podcast coming out a little bit late on Friday just to be very

transparent I guess of Luke and I watched these episodes together the beginning of

this week and we didn't have an opportunity to record that same evening and I

honestly did not realize how difficult it was already going to be for me to go back in

time to this time era even though nothing crazy has happened yet as far as like my

reputation is concerned I guess but having to like discuss this more than once in one week
