Yo, hey everyone, it's Adrienne here. I hope you all having a fantastic week. This week's voice

0:05.6

note is six questions to answer before six. So this is something that I've been doing for the last

0:15.0

couple of weeks and it has had such a huge impact on my mood at the start of every day and my intention for the day.

0:21.6

So I really wanted to share it with you guys.

0:23.8

And I'd hope that if you try it, you're going to have the same benefit that I have.

0:27.8

So essentially it's around kind of writing down six questions, answering those six questions every morning when you first wake up.

0:34.4

So for me it is before six.

0:35.7

It might be after six o'clock for you.

0:37.5

But whatever time you wake up, take five minutes to answer these questions. And one thing I'll say

0:43.3

0:48.1

of paper, write it down, commit the words to paper. It's really, really powerful and it's far more

0:53.5

effective than just thinking

0:54.6

it or going, okay, let me just answer the questions in my head, actually write them down. It's

0:59.2

really powerful. So the six questions are, what does the energy that I want to bring today? Who can

1:05.9

I help today? Who can I learn from today? What one thing can I do today that is going to take me closer to where

1:13.3

I want to be one year from now what am I most looking forward to today and what am I most

1:19.7

grateful for today so those are the six questions that I want you to write down you might have to

1:24.5

rewind write them down and then answer each question. So the first

1:28.2

one, what is the energy that I want to bring today? So when I think about answering this question

1:32.8

in the morning, I think about what I've got coming up that day, who I'm going to be interacting

1:37.1

with and how I want my energy to show up. So for example, I'm usually someone with a lot of energy.

1:42.9

I speak fast. I'm on the go. I'm busy. And that might be great for that specific environment.
