Voice Notes - because sometimes you need a little help getting over the finish line.
Between each episode, 'Power Hour' host Adrienne will record bite-sized audio vlogs in real time providing a fresh perspective from outside of the studio. Voice Notes will be a place to present new thoughts on the last week's episode, provide tips on making it through the challenging days and importantly, a way to touch base and give personal updates to get you where you want to be.

0:14.9 | yourself and what you can achieve this year. So at the start of the year, we're only two weeks |
0:20.3 | in and I've seen a lot of people |
0:22.0 | talking about, you know, don't put too much pressure on yourself to kind of set these big goals |
0:26.4 | for the year that you're never going to achieve. And like, don't think that you have to, like, |
0:29.6 | reinvent all of your habits and all of the things that you do because, you know, you don't need |

1:15.8 | you know what, that's like too much of a big goal or it's too much too soon or how are you ever |
1:20.7 | going to do it. You don't need to worry about how. You only need to worry about why. I heard |
1:26.2 | somebody say this week that you can endure anyhow, |
1:29.8 | as long as you have a big enough why. And I love that. I was like, yes, when you've got a reason, |
1:34.7 | it doesn't matter how you can figure it out. So the message I want to share today is don't underestimate |
1:39.3 | what you actually can do. Set yourself that big, scary goal. Decide, you know, how much money you want to earn or |
