So it is nice and early.

It's 10 to 6 and I'm heading out for my morning run.

So I thought I'd just do this little message just to be really honest about how it feels sometimes at 10 to 6 in the morning

when it's dark and it's cold and it's a little bit wet

because often I think that people, when people ask me about motivation

and, you know, people always want to use this word motivation, motivation,

And I think, if i'm completely honest that motivation

is kind of just irrelevant it's kind of just this word that we use it's like you know what

who feels motivated all the time nobody who feels motivated when they need to nobody motivation. Motivation is just, it comes and goes. So you

might get a little bit of motivation every now and again. But to be honest, the rest of the time,

when you know you've got to get out and do your run or you've got to get up and maybe, I don't

know, read through something that you need to do or whatever it is. Even if you're not

feeling motivated, I think you need to replace that word and think, okay, when I'm not feeling motivated,

I'm going to be disciplined or I'm going to be, I'm going to persevere, or whatever you want to call it.

So something that works for me, something that I say to myself often

is you can do hard things. And I've talked about this before on Instagram stories in the morning.

And the reason that I say you can do hard things is because once you accept that it's going to be

hard, but that you can do it anyway, I feel like it's just a game changer in my mindset of like

reframing it. So instead of waiting to feel motivated or to feel whatever, I'm just like, you know

what, you can do hard things. When your alarm goes off at 5.30 and it's nice and warm in your bed,
