Yo, hey everyone, it's Adrienne here. I am just out for a walk this evening, not running, just walking.

And I had a few ideas, so I thought I just share this voice note to, yeah, get it down.

Basically, I have decided today this afternoon to give myself a break.

And so I thought I would encourage you if and when you need to to do the same.

And so for me, I mean, you know, by giving myself a break, I'm going to explain what I mean, but, you know, giving yourself a break could be whatever you need.

So physically, mentally, however it looks for you, do what you need to take a little breather sometimes.

So for me, I cook most of our meals at home.

I love to cook. I love to cook things from scratch.

And yeah, I enjoy cooking. Usually I cook in the kitchen with a podcast on or I listen to music whilst, yeah, in the kitchen and I enjoy that. But it is time consuming.

Like that's just the reality. If you're going to make a meal from scratch and, you know, I make the sauce, I make everything.

Then, yeah, it's time consuming. So today, me giving myself a break is that I've decided to go out on this walk and this afternoon when I was in

town I was thinking about I need to get all the ingredients to make my veggie lasagna and then I was like

you know what I'm just going to buy one I'm just going to buy a veggie lasagna for Rob and Jude and I

for dinner got some broccoli done so because I did that I'm now able to go out on this walk it's a really

really beautiful evening it's kind of cold but it's really nice the sky is like pink and anyway I digress

but the point is because I did that I've given myself a break I've given myself a breather I'm not

standing in the kitchen right now peeling carrots and whatever I'm out on this walk. So that was me being like, you know what,

I'm pretty tired and I'm just going to give myself a break, make my life a bit easier today.

And it's perfectly okay to do that if and when you need to, as I said. You know, for some people,

you might be thinking, well, actually, I don't need that. Like, I'm on a role, like I'm feeling good or whatever. So if that's the case, then just, you know, you do you. But I think at the moment, there's definitely a feeling of like

you have to be doing something all the time. You have to be, you know, you know me guys. I love to be

productive. I love to be, you know, on it, on the go, like kind of getting after it, encouraging, you know, that's my vibe.
