Summary

Happy holidays y’all! We’re coming to the end of the year and that means setting new intentions, company goals, and clearing out the grey areas. This week on the podcast Chris and Jared sit down to discuss their roles as Cat & Cloud owners. It can be hard to define your job as an owner of a company, but gaining clarity into your duties, writing out your own job description, and building intentional teams around you will create the solid foundation you need to grow. Listen to this week's episode to hear their thoughts on defining their roles and finding the middle ground between corporate and non-corporate. Do you have a question you’ve been dying to ask us? Do you wanna hear us talk about it on the podcast? 0:32.3

Big questions, huh?

0:33.3

Personal, I guess, too. Well, personal is that I did an actual personal trip for like the first time for two weeks and took a holiday and then went to Australia and New Zealand, which has always been somehow scary to just purchase a ticket and go on a trip.

0:48.9

So that was cool.

0:49.6

But I think the culmination of, I think what we just finished now feels like it's about to actually

0:57.5

be at high point because there's a lot more clarity in the work we're going to do.

1:03.1

And for me, that's really, it allows, I don't know, for some reason it allows me space to feel

1:07.8

like I can get shit done and where we were sitting before and kind of specifically me and the

1:12.5

the way

1:14.4

like my work dynamic was it was

1:16.2

I felt like I could get some

1:18.5

of it done but not

1:20.3

in like an efficient and clear

1:22.5

way because it didn't it just didn't

1:24.5

feel like I can connect the dots as well

1:26.5

yeah so that for me, the high point is that for sure.
