| 0:24.9 | It was when I was in grad school in 1995. And at first, it's just unforgettable seeing her |

| 1:17.1 | The way she is as a therapist is very different than anything I'd ever seen before. |

| 1:32.6 | She's not yelling at people, but she's just like in this very intense way, just getting right up in people's business and just talking at them and getting them to say things that they would |
