And we have another day of Minnesota Vikings training camp in the book.

So I'm going to give you the breakdown as usual

of everything that we saw at training camp. And then we will get into some sound, what Kevin

O'Connell had to say. Also, we caught up with Christian Darrasaw after practice. It was a very

interesting conversation with Dara saw just about how he's feeling, his recovery,

and also caught up for a couple of seconds with Theo Jackson as well after.

Here's a spoiler for the practice breakdown.

Two more interceptions today for Theo Jackson. I feel like I have never seen a guy

in practice dominate this much or find the football as much as Theo Jackson. So why don't we get

right into it? I know what you guys are looking to here. You want to know about how J.J. McCarthy

looked today, right right because the last

couple practices and this is why you know we talked to kevin o'connell is to get his thoughts and some

context and things like that and i'll get into what o'connell had to say about difficult practices

and how he evaluates things and so forth. So we always are going to ride the roller coaster when it's a quarterback that's getting

this much attention in a situation that's this interesting and exciting and is fun for us

all to analyze.
