The excitement building. I'm Lisa Lissera, Fox News. Just three hours until the presidential

debate where Vice President Harris and former President Trump will meet for the first time.

New Jersey Senator Corey Booker telling Fox News,

he's worked with Harris, and she finds ways to get things done.

Any issue in the United States,

whether it's immigration or jobs or investment in education, has to come

through negotiation. And she's somebody that's going to make sure that we as a

country stop this awful, really toxic kind of tribalism.

New Hampshire Republican Governor Chris Sununu says Harris's lack of press conferences

may impact her performance.

As a politician, I can tell you the only way to prep for debate is not behind closed doors per se.

It's out there talking to be able, constantly taking questions on your feet, comfortable with your answers, that whole thing.

Being able to put a little charisma into your answers, not just being able to

remember what your staff told you to say.

Fox News Radio will be providing live coverage in a simulcast of the ABC presidential debate

beginning in a PM Eastern.

Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo appearing before a House panel in a sometimes testy hearing

about his response to the COVID pandemic.

The Republican-led select committee on the coronavirus pandemic finding that Cuomo was ultimately responsible for a March 25th, 2020 directive which forced New York nursing homes to readmit COVID-19 positive patients and prohibited these

patients from being tested. The report says the directive put vulnerable populations at risk.

Fox is Brian Nienes. Cuomo claimed the House panel was looking to divert attention from what he called

failures by then President Trump.
