I'm very careful here because his legitimacy is it questioned.

What does that mean for the people of Venezuela,

the people of the neighborhood, including the tiny Guyana,

and peace in the Caribbean and the Atlantic.

who writes in part about Caracas but also in part about right now the damage to world trade

caused by the Huthies of northern Yemen.

Caracas, for all its bad acting, is over here in South America. What is the

concern that Korakis can use the huthi model in order to empower itself.

I think that the connector of those two is that you have in the Middle East success on the part of this sort of ragtag group of terrorists who basically have backing from Iran but have been able to disrupt Red Sea traffic and

obviously traffic into the Sioux as canal very seriously. And they've done it

you know by just sort of sporadically attacking and making it clear to anybody who's doing

commercial shipping in that area that they're at risk. And the fact that they have not been shut down,

you know, the fact that no world power has said we're not
