Karina Machado, the real leader of the opposition, to be enemies. And they're pursuing them with an arrest warrant.

The last count we had was there were 2,000 arrests.

Also, there's reason to believe that the authorities in Caracas

as supplemented by the Cuban security

are using facial recognition technology from China to make arrests out of crowds

and also AI to search for people dissenting online at night. These are anecdotes.

So I turned to John Bolton, former National Security

advisor for the Trump administration, former

ambassador to United Nations for the Bush

administration, writing most recently about Venezuela. John, you dealt with Venezuela for your time in

office. Juan Guido was the man elected by the legislature to be the president.

Madura outlasted him and now we have another attempt to dislodge Maduro.

Your measure of the opposition is legitimacy now.

Does it have more authority because of this vote than Guido had in 1819?
