Where I have to talk non-stop.

Good evening, welcome, welcome.

So as I was sitting, I kind of bubbled up like oh yeah maybe this topic here I am I'm gonna do more

on fear that I've been doing quite a few things on fear.

It turns out it's such a rich topic.

There's like so many elements to it

and so many ways to consider it, work with it, look at it, all these kinds of things.

But if you're sick of fear, I promise this will be the last one.

But maybe to justify it I'll say that I'll be teaching a class in July

that's called the Path of Fearlessness. It's like six I don't remember how many months six or seven month

program and we'll be looking at fear in all the different ways that shows up in

our lives and different ways to work with it.

And so that's partly I've been really poking around in this topic of fear.
