Yeah, we're a worldwide saga, very sweet. So many different time zones. So, so for tonight's practice, for today's practice, many time zones, for today's practice, many time zones for today's practice. I'd like to tell you what, have something in mind,

but I'm going to introduce it while we're practicing together just very gently and slowly and I'll say a few words about it afterwards.

So with that, let's together, let's go into silence, start practicing together. So, so arriving,

arriving into your sitting posture.

Whether you're sitting on a chair or a cushion. Feeling your feet on the earth, sit bones.

feeling this body sitting, the sense of presence of this body here.

This body's sitting and breathing,

all these various sensations.
