Dr. Berg talks about vegetables and bloating on a ketogenic diet. When you have digestive issues while on a ketogenic diet, there are certain vegetables you need to avoid. FODMAP or Fermentable Oligo-di-mono-Saccharides and Polyols is a certain type of vegetable and a sugar alcohol that doesn’t digest very well. He also talks about what vegetables are good to consume until the digestive system could build up and develop all the friendly bacteria.

Okay, so we want to talk about vegetables and bloating.

A lot of people have digestive issues, sometimes it's gas, blo bloating constipation when they consume

vegetables so here's what I recommend there's certain vegetables that you need to

avoid okay there's something called fad mad ferment FERMOLENTable, Allego, Di, Mano, Saccharides, and

polyols. Okay, so you don't need to know that. All you need to know is there's certain types of
