Shawn Chester was a prince of Las Vegas. When I was in my 20’s his name was like a magic word in sin city. As Steve Wynn’s right hand for all nightlife, he opened some of the biggest clubs in the world–putting him in the crosshairs of Russian and Chinese bosses.
