So I've got a question for parents that might be listening right now.

And I know sometimes it's a little tough to get the phone started this early because you're in such a rush to get off.

But if you have a couple of seconds here, my theory has always, at least my gut has always told me that when Hayden Hollis get old enough and they can start partaking and partying, that I would sort of hide my partying pass from

them. Just sort of, I don't, I'm not really sure why. I just didn't feel like they needed to know

and because it's really important to me that they don't party the way I do. I didn't want them to

have that nugget of like, well, you did it when you were a kid.

So how can you come down on me?

So then I read the survey a couple of days ago.

And it says that kids actually could benefit from learning about their parents' past drug and alcohol abuse.

And it made me start to rethink things.

So I'm wondering if there are parents that are listening right now that have like a 100% honesty policy with their kids about their past.

I'm going to call it Richard Heaney guy?

I'm betting he does.

It's a little bit difficult to get around what he's done.

But like you are totally and completely honest about how you partied when you were a kid.

And you've talked to your children about it.

It says 63% of the teen surveyed said they'd be more responsible regarding their

alcohol and drug use if their parents were open about their own substance abuse.

Really?

So you got, so it's saying you should, you should consider coming clean about the whole thing.

Survey says 64% of the teens admitted their parents had already detailed their past alcohol and drug use.
