and it is race season. This coming weekend there are tons of events, the Paris Marathon, Manchester

Marathon, Redding Half and London landmarks half. Next weekend, we've got even more.

There's Q the run, Brighton Marathon weekend.

I mean, there are a ton of races.

And there is a good chance that if you're listening now,

you might be running one.

And even if you're not running,

there's nothing more inspiring than seeing other people cross the finish line

and hearing about their running journey.

And someone who is here to share theirs ahead of this Sunday's London landmarks half marathon
