So James, I know I've given you a brief introduction,

but can you give us kind of the elevator pitch?

What is it that you do and whereabouts in the world you're based?

I'm based just between Leeds and York, so in the north of England.

In terms of Holiday Cottage Handbook, it's a communications platform and we are dedicated to sharing valuable free education for short-term

rental hosts investors and property managers plus people in the industry. Our

goal is to make it as easy as possible to start being a

short-term rental host and also to help people that are already in the industry to

upskill with tips, trends, best practices. The goal really is to become the go-to place for the short-term rentals industry. In terms of our platforms, we have the website obviously which you mentioned

we've got a free e-book which you can download from the website it's nearly 50 pages

long it's particularly useful if you're starting out in short-term rentals and you need a guidebook of where to start.

You just put your email address in on the website and you can download it.

We have a weekly newsletter and a weekly podcast.
