How's it going, everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset podcast. This is your host, Henry, and together we become the best part of our world's day. Well, I hope you're having a great day so far. I have got a really, I feel, important podcast message today that I hope, you know, everyone gets a chance to hear. It is going to be a bit of a continuation of yesterday's message.

It's basically just taking what we went over in yesterday's message and then using it for a real example in today's message.

And I hope that it's inspiring to you all.

It's going to be almost of a go-do of something that I think we're going to have to create

some urgency around and, you know, take some of the things we've learned, take some of the

stuff that we've been trying to apply to be that source of energy for our surroundings,

that positive light that helps pull people up.

You know, I think it's going to be really

important. But of course, before we get started, we're going to take a deep breath so that we can

slow down, zero in. We're going to need to really breathe in that positive energy, hold it within

us so that way our vibration can get on a really high, happy, powerful, loving setting.

And then when we breathe out, we're just going to breathe out all that negativity,

all those bad feelings, all that unhealthiness, just everything.

We're going to breathe it out.

And so we'll be all new, all fresh, and, you know, ready to go.

So let's go ahead and just take that deep breath in and hold it and really visualize,

you know, your body, the cells warming up, getting on that high vibration. You can almost

think of your cells as little happy faces, just positive, positive, positive charge and breathe

out. All right. So again, this message today is going to be really
