1:10.0 | healing light that is going to, you know, get our cells vibrating at the perfect vibration that we want to be at. That's going to heal any ailments we're dealing with. |
1:19.6 | And we're just going to hold that air inside of us while it just, it vibrates and lifts us, makes us light, relax. You know, we'll feel our shoulders relax when we do it. |
