Kaylee just challenged himself in the roughest way for 75 days.

And it's probably going to say it's the best thing he's ever done for himself.

It was pretty, it was pretty epic.

At the beginning of the year, I guess it was like February.

I realized that if this year in particular, I never set any real goals for myself fitness-wise.

I tried to the previous year, but then that was going to take me away from my wife and

my kids more and more.

And so my wife wasn't really on board with that.

So I was just like, well, fine, I'm just not going to do anything.

I'm just going to whatever.

But one of my friends posted that he was doing this program.

And one day I came home, I was like, yeah, my wife's name's Aaron.

I was like, Aaron, I just feel like we got no like we haven't set any goals for ourselves.

Why don't we do something?

And I said, what my friend was doing, which was this program called 75 Hard.

And she's like, let's do it starting tomorrow.

And I was like, you know what it was?

She was like, no, really?
