And her boyfriend's parents and their unrealistic expectations.

Hey guys, yeah, so I feel like this isn't necessarily just my boyfriend.

It's something that most people struggle with,

especially when you're lucky enough to have your parents support you financially.

They want you to have everything done on a timeline.

They want you to have specific things done.

You graduate college at this time.

You get this job.

But also while you're in college, you need to do X, Y, and Z for me.

And my boyfriend's struggling with that right now.

And I wish I could offer him advice.

But this is something I struggle with too.

You want to make your parents happy and you want to make your parents proud.

But at the same time, you want to pursue and do things that

you will make you happy.

And we're just kind of, I'm trying to help him with this

because it's something that he battles with constantly daily.
