First of all, like how are you holding up during quarantine?

Has this affected your training at all or yeah honestly it

hasn't affected me too much mostly because we live in Flagstaff or Zona it's a lot

more isolated than other bigger cities and while it has still been very

present here it's not as bad as what a lot of other people have been going

through. So for myself I have been just running by myself for the most part, you know, keeping it within our small circle.

I haven't done any of the typical group runs that we normally do, but in terms of training everything is on par with what it's been in previous

training cycles.
