| 0:17.0 | This week I just want to talk to you really quick about some kind of interesting stuff that's been going on within this community, within the Runners Connect community. |
| 0:30.0 | We've had a bunch of people, the virtual race phenomenon has really taken off, as I'm sure you've seen. |
| 0:36.5 | It seems like there's a virtual race for everything. Every single weekend, every Saturday and Sunday has a bunch of virtual races. |

| 1:19.4 | mostly in their like neighborhoods and and trying to stay know, relatively far away from other people, |

| 1:33.2 | impressive and just some of the distances especially like to start off with one Michelle Karwejna ran a 50K completely solo virtual |
| 1:41.6 | race. You ran 53506, super impressive. |
| 1:45.0 | Jason Saajac, basically he was planning to run the London Marathon of course, so instead |
| 1:48.9 | he rescheduled and just ran a marathon this past weekend and ran 342-39. |
