is walk me through what your thoughts are on base training. Not necessarily right now, but what was a base,

before being a coach and before learning more about the sport and becoming more educated about it,

what did you consider base training and what was, how was that thoughts or that those plans brought into your training growing up?

Sure, I actually started running cross country back in seventh grade and we got bust over

to the high school so I got to run with the high school

runners. Our coach is pretty good for my first few years of training and the

way we kind of approached base building was it's like the bottom of the pyramid and then the summer

miles are really what you'd rely on.

And I know a lot of teams have this where they have like a 500 mile club or it could be 300 400 500 mile club and the main goal is just a log
