Honestly there's just not a lot to say at this point. I mean with everything going

on right now all the races being canceled everybody kind of quarantine at home

there's not a whole lot going on in the running world I will give you one thing that

we are doing we are doing live strength training Monday through Friday at 7 p.m. Eastern time on our YouTube channel. You can get to that by going to

and we're doing all sorts of kind of stuff.

The way I've been structuring it, and I'm kind of getting into a routine of it now,

is Monday, Wednesday, Friday are more like like tougher sessions,

really getting into like the core and strengthening and then Tuesday Thursday are

more recovery base like today we did just some light like active stretching and then a little bit of like

hips glutes work to help prevent injuries so that's kind of be the

routine moving forward Monday Wednesday Friday a Wednesday, Friday, a little bit more

difficult, a little bit more intense, Tuesday Thursday, much more relaxed and

recovery-based. So if you attend Monday through Friday, you're gonna to get I mean total holistic strength

training routine all throughout the week you're going to be super strong and

that's really my goal with this is to make give you something that you can attend each weekday and get super super strong
