| 0:37.6 | I used to be an English teacher, so I like the etymology of words. |
| 0:42.2 | Farlake is a Swedish word. It literally translates to speed play and I guess the way I remember at least when I was a high school runner, our coach would have us do kind of a surrounding fart like. |
| 0:55.0 | Or essentially we'd be running in a group of runners based on ability and each runner |
| 1:00.6 | would get a chance to pick the landmark that we would run to and it could be at 5K pace. |
| 1:05.6 | We'd run to that landmark. Then we jog rest and then the next person in our little group would say, |

| 1:13.0 | So the truest sense of the word in terms of speed play |
