| 0:43.2 | So first of all, we've been going real strong with our at-home fitness challenge. |
| 0:48.2 | First we call it kind of the quarantine challenge, but basically just at-home strength training, |
| 0:52.4 | we're doing it live on YouTube, Monday through Friday, |

| 0:59.6 | is truly a complete holistic workout throughout the week. |

| 1:12.4 | all that stuff is definitely the hardest to get in. |
| 1:15.7 | You know, getting in your running is hard enough with a busy schedule and everything going on. |
| 1:20.2 | Then you add in like the strength work, the stretching of that stuff that is by far the hardest stuff to get in |
| 1:26.5 | So that's something I've known that for a long time but I never really knew what a good solution to that was. |
