We hope you enjoy the message. I actually want to start tonight with a bit of a confession, actually.

I guess. A bit of a confession, actually. I graduated from the University of Arkansas.

And it gets worse.

We just moved to Dallas, but before that,

I lived in Austin for a decade,

and I actually became a fan of the

Longhorns. It gets worse. Hold on. Don't leave. My son is going to SMU. He's going to play

football there, so we're really big fans now. And the only redemption that I possibly have to be able to stand on this stage besides

the blood of Jesus Christ is that my sophomore daughter, Kate Allen, her first choice

is A&M.

So, whoop. Come on, teach me. Really? Wooop. Whoop. Okay. Well, obviously I need to get work on that because I do think she's going to come here and actually

deep, deep down. And I believe this is being recorded. I'm a little scared to say it, but I am actually

a huge Aggie fan. And I think your football team is awesome and everybody fell in love with

it with, you know, Manzell and all that. But when I fell in love with A&M was that there was this spirit move of God happening here.

And I have been hearing about it for a very, very long time.

So to be in the midst of it is such an exciting thing.

And I actually tried to bribe, even though my son is only going to be around the block from us at SMU, and I'm pretty excited about that. I actually wanted him to come to A&M. And it was because I wanted him to marry an A&M girl. And I wanted him to fall in love with Jesus the way that I've heard so many people have fallen in love with Jesus here. And so it is so exciting and genuinely an honor.

And I will lay aside my former lives and actually for tonight be a pure, full-bred A&M fan.

And here's the fun thing about that girl that is coming.
