You had so little control over your own destiny as a human being that

Whatever tactics you figured out didn't matter your leadership capability didn't matter your ability to communicate didn't matter

Your individual skills as okay, you know, oh this kids from you know the mountains of the Midlands in England

He's you know grew up hunting done matter. He's going up over the top like everybody else like the kid from from the east end of London

That that's what's happening. So your individual skills didn't matter your leadership skills didn't matter that stuff mattered

Had a Sri Lankan army captain when I was over there working with the Sri Lankan special operations groups during their war and
