What are you seeking as you meditate? You may not realize the powerful healing ritual you are creating as you meditate. Each time you sit down to meditate, you unleash your own healing potential. Affirmations are a major component of a healing journey. In this week's series, you're guided as you explore the healing benefits of an affirmation in each episode. You'll be guided with affirmations and inspiration from the simple yet might book, "Affirmations for Self-Healing" by J. Donald Walters.

In each episode, you'll discover an affirmation to unlock your own healing power.

So this week you are going to be exploring a different affirmation in each episode this week.

I encourage you if you journal to write down your reflections regarding each affirmation,

write down the affirmation in your journal and also repeat it as you meditate this week and

This is your week's challenge that you are encouraged to do every single day.

Your challenges help you to stay tuned to the week's theme when you explore a theme

for an entire week, especially if you're meditating and journaling about a particular quality in your life, you can expect to see results some self-care because this is a week of healing and as you do so I encourage you to

repeat that day's affirmation so you might go on a walk in nature. There's a lot of research

showing that nature has healing benefits physically, mentally, and emotionally. And when you're

focusing on healing, it's usually on an emotional level, especially if you're working with emotional

healing, but even physical healing requires a lot of focus,

a lot of emotional pain as you deal with your physical pain.

So you might choose. deal with your physical pain.

So you might choose as self-care, going to bed a little earlier,

giving yourself more rest, or this is what I encourage you to do on a regular basis every week

stay away from the news and media. This will give your nervous system a well needed rest for sure.
