We've known each other for years and gone back and forth, and we've done social media things together and other podcasts, so I'm really glad to have you on mine, on my platform, finally, because I just love what you do on yours. I'm so excited to be on today and I'll listen to your podcast too. Well, so we're talking about brain health, but not everyone quite yet knows who you are. So why don't you give a brief introduction of who you are and what you do, what you stand for, and we'll jump into all the brain health questions. Great. So hopefully people will understand this, but I am not a neurologist. I'm not a brain health doctor.
