0:32.8	my friend. Oh, thanks so much, Gino. Appreciate it. Appreciate it. It's great to be here. It's great to have you here. And I remember when you joined, I remember you saying October of 2020, things were going great. You had an amazing job. The economy was, you know, it was during COVID, but you were still doing really well. Take us back to that time. What was, why, what made the decision for you to want to join the Jake and Gino community and
0:54.5	actually start learning about multifamily?
0:56.6	I mean, that's the biggest thing.
0:58.1	It was the education.
0:59.0	I was in a job.
1:00.2	It was a great job.
1:01.4	And I was doing well, but I knew there was more out there.
1:04.1	And I knew there was something that I could do or should be doing to move myself forward and
1:10.2	be ready for the future, right? I could just tell that working a
1:14.4	nine to five job for the rest of my life just wasn't in the cards for me. And I wanted to get
1:20.0	educated on real estate. I heard about it. And then I started doing a little research. And then I
1:26.1	found the Jake and Gino, you know, group organization. I joined that. And that's when doing a little research. And then I found the Jake and Gino group organization.
1:29.4	I joined that.
1:30.1	And that's when I really started getting educated.
1:32.5	I started talking with you, some of the other members.
1:35.2	And then that's what helped me, you know, build upon my real estate investment.
