So when I start at the top, what are some of the top ways that our beliefs can cause more stress in our life, which impacts everything, including of course, our health and fitness goals?

So first of all, I just want to for people who haven't seen me, I want to say that my definition of beliefs is a statement about reality that you hold as the truth.

So when I talk about beliefs, that's what I mean. It's something that is true, so nothing else can be true if that is.
