how important it is to dial in your sleep and your sleep routine and regulate your nervous system and how it truly is the foundation of health. So we're going to run through a lot of topics that you guys had questions about. And then at the end of the episode, we're going to have like a little ask Todd section. So you can sleep jeopardy. Yes, sleep jeopardy questions. But first I want to know how you slept last night and I want to know what you're bringing with you when you travel. Well, my partner Jake is out here with me. We had a few celebratory cocktails. I'm not going to lie. A lot of people think I actually don't. Not great. Better than you would think, though. But some people don't think I drink, but I do have drinks from time to time. It's all about intention and how you have them.

But I actually slept better than I thought. We are staying at the one hotel. So they have nice beds. You can have a nice cool room. But I mean, sleep mask and mouth tape is non-negotiable. So you always have that with you when you travel. Yeah, I've even like one time I forgot my mask and I dooredashed a mask.
