| 0:00.0 | If you are a longtime listener of the Chris Terrell podcast, then you know that sometimes when I travel, |
| 0:05.5 | I have a bare bones episode and a bare bones recording. |
| 0:09.7 | Well, I've made the recording a little bit better. |
| 0:11.5 | This time I brought a travel kit, so I have a bit better microphone with me, even managed to hook up a video. |
| 0:17.6 | But I'm traveling again this week, and this week's particularly fun I am at Tony |
| 0:23.6 | a Tony Robbins seminar it's the one I'm at is Unleash the Power Within it's been a bucket list |
| 0:28.9 | seminar of mine for a long time to go to one of these and the opportunity came up to my schedule |
| 0:34.5 | where I can make it work in New York so I I went for it. And it's been really fun |
| 0:39.9 | to do this, but it's multiple days and it is incredibly intense. And what I decided to do last week, |
| 0:47.7 | rather than pre-recording an episode, I thought it'd be fun. I know I'm a little late today |
| 0:52.2 | getting this out, but I thought it'd be fun to just capture some of my thoughts while I'm in the middle. I've just finished day two of a four-day seminar. And now, you know, it's set the scene like the seminar, not at all like a normal one. This isn't meant to be like a pitch or a plug for a seminar. It's like that that's not what this is about. What I thought I would do is share like some of the takeaways that I've been getting some of the things that are standing out, both that apply to me, but also I think might apply to you because I am a coach and I do think about how can I take the things I'm learning and bring it to you to help you get results in your life. I've got so many things swirling around in my head. And I thought it would be kind of cool to just kind of free flow get some of this stuff out while I'm while I'm here at the seminar. |
| 1:33.4 | So this is going to be a little all over the place from the standpoint of I'm not going to have one continual thread throughout the whole episode. |
| 1:39.2 | So I'll sort of jump through different topics. |
| 1:40.8 | I'm going to grab different notes that I wrote here and I'll read |
| 1:44.6 | and then talk about how I think it could apply for you. And before I do that, though, I would like |
| 1:49.8 | to invite you to join my free Facebook group. You can find a link to that by going to chrishtaro coaching.com |
| 1:54.2 | or you'll find a link to it in the show notes of the podcast. The doors to the guild are closed |
| 1:58.7 | now. And if you are thinking about joining the guild at some point, maybe at the end of the year or the first part of next, head on over to the guild of champions.com. You can get your name put on the wait list. And I'll be sure to notify you whenever the door is open if you'd like to join that. And with my commitment to you getting an episode out every week, when it's sometimes that's tough. I'm getting it out there there this week i'm going to do that now let's just go ahead and jump right to it at this point so one of the things that stood out to me this is on day one when tony was speaking which by the way actually hold on a couple things first he is a giant of a man that is a big dude even when he's far away there's like 10,000 of us there or something like that i'm pretty far away but even when far away he's a giant of a man. That is a big dude. Even when he's far away, there's like 10,000 of us there |
| 2:34.2 | or something like that. I'm pretty far away, but even when far away, he's a big dude. And the second thing is he went on something. He talked all day long. I mean, he rarely stepped off stage. I was shocked at just how he just, how he could go for that long and keep doing that. That was really, really impressive to see him do it and he's not a young guy i mean he's an older guy so it's really a |
| 2:54.2 | testament to He just, how he could go for that long and keep doing that. That was really, really impressive to see him do it. And he's not a young guy. I mean, he's an older guy. So it's really a testament that age doesn't necessarily mean anything. I mean, it means something, but it also doesn't. Like, you can be older and still be vibrant and still be doing things that take a lot of a tremendous event of energy. and it's neat to see him demonstrating that himself. |
| 3:08.6 | The other part is you are moving. I am so tired. I'm exhausted. I am physically sore. I've had a busy |
| 3:15.3 | week leading up to it physically. 20,000, 25,000 step days. So I was already pretty beat up when I came |
