| 0:20.2 | How did this last week go for you, champion? |
| 0:21.6 | What new challenges did you encounter? |
| 0:23.6 | But more importantly, what failure did you go through and what lesson did you get from that failure? |
| 0:29.6 | Come on now, don't let a perfectly good failure go by without you getting your lesson. |
| 0:34.6 | That's your reward for your troubles. |
| 0:36.6 | Now if you're new here, I've lost |
| 0:38.7 | 125 pounds myself after an entire adulthood of chronic yo-yo dieting. Up down, up down again. |

| 0:51.1 | meaningful, and actual changes to my lifestyle, habits, routines, |
| 0:54.8 | environment, community, and to my systems of belief. |
| 0:58.8 | Because it's all of those things that created me, and it's all of those things that create you too. |

| 1:35.9 | difference. How many of you have said, it's hard for me to lose weight because my husband or my wife |
| 1:39.7 | just keeps bringing food and putting it in front of me. That's the effect of your community |
| 1:44.1 | on you. And then, of course, your belief systems. You could have everything else right. But if your belief systems aren't in alignment with where you're wanting to go, you'll never get there. Because if you just carry a simple belief as such as, it would be bad to fail.
