Now, afternoon here, I've lost 125 pounds myself after an entire adulthood of chronic yo-yo dieting.

Before I finally got sick and tired to being sick and tired, and it made some permanent, meaningful, and actual changes to my real life, lifestyle, habits, or teens, environment, community, into my systems of belief. Because it's all of those things that created me, and it's all of those things that create you, too. And if you want to get some permanent, meaningful changes in your life, you're going to have to do the same thing I did. You're going

to have to go all the way to the source. And now I'm here each week to help you get the results

in your life of losing the way to keeping it off. But you're going to have to come back every week

to get the lessons, to get the conditioning, to get the new ideas planted in your mind. Because you see, if you want to
