| 2:03.0 | So as we continue to live during a pandemic, you might take this week to explore different aspects of your creativity |
| 2:16.0 | to help you manage what a difficult year it has been for most of us. |
| 2:25.0 | You might do something that you're already good at. |
| 2:29.0 | Maybe you plan instrument or you've seen or you paint, but you might feel like you're not so creative. |
| 2:36.0 | And that the best you can do is maybe go for a walk. |
| 2:43.0 | I encourage you to try something completely new. |
