0:21.3	This week I've been diving into my segment called Mind for Moments, where I highlight
0:26.3	positive Mind for Moments that I've noticed as I go about my day today.
0:31.0	The thing about a Mind for Moments is always there, just waiting to be discovered.
0:36.6	All it takes is a little bit of intentional awareness on your part, as these moments
0:41.7	are all about being fully present with where you are and what you're doing.
0:47.8	So today I wanted to share a Mind for Moments I experienced once again while I was in
0:52.9	Paris on vacation with my family.
0:55.6	And this story is all about communication, even when you don't speak the same language.
1:04.1	As I stated yesterday, I have no background with the French language, and this left me
1:09.3	feeling a little bit worried and quite a bit vulnerable to be honest.
1:14.3	What I also found, and this brings me to my Mind for Moments, is that even though I didn't
1:19.2	speak the French language, I was still able to effectively communicate my wants and desires.
1:25.3	Through gestures and making faces, my message was eventually able to be understood.
1:31.7	My Mind for Moments occurred when we were shopping for gifts in one of the magnificent
1:36.0	grocery stores of Paris called La Grande Episari de Paris.
1:42.1	I hope I pronounced that correctly.
1:45.5	I was looking for a certain type of fancy tea, and I asked the worker for help.
1:50.6	She was an older woman, and she didn't speak a lick of English, but I was calm and persistent
1:56.2	in trying to get her to understand me.
1:59.0	She did eventually get it.
2:00.7	I think it was when I gesture drinking from a teak cup with my pinky pointed out.
