Listen up, we are hiring, we are expanding our team and we are hiring two incredible roles.

I always find the best people from my podcast listeners, from my students, from my clutch members.

So, really excited to share these positions with you.

The first one is the director of the clutch and other online programs.

So, this person would be in charge of overseeing the clutch, my feminist coaching community membership program,

as well as our advanced certification in feminist coaching program and any other programs that we run.

This person would supervise our team of clutch coaches, work very closely with our sales and marketing departments.

They also would be supervising our community manager in the clutch and various other staff that are related.

Just working very closely with all of the team to make the clutch an incredible experience for clutch members,

to make it a place that people want to join and want to stay and to help our students learn at the deepest level,

grow their lives, support them, and bring this magic of coaching and the magic of the clutch to new clients and new students.

All of our positions are fully remote, although occasional travel is required,

and you also must be legally able to work in the United States.

So, those are two kind of big picture things up front to know, but this job is really going to be incredible for somebody who loves to lead and manage a team,

working on a big kind of communal project together, has a good mind for systems and processes,

but also is really kind of a thought work fan at least.

I was going to say, Fnatic, you don't have to be a Fnatic, but I do believe the best person for this is going to be someone who is familiar with my work and this kind of thought work and really believes in it.

We're looking for somebody with strong project management background, good oral and written communication, text having this as a plus,

and like I said, interest expertise experience with the life coaching industry or even membership communities is awesome.
