Hello there. Back in 2010 I started a thing on the Underwood and Flinch

podcast where I invited listeners to make phone recordings of themselves saying

hi to me and to the other listeners and you know saying who they were and where they were

and what they tended to do while they were listening to the show and so on it was

called Planet U and F because it had listeners from around the planet doing it.

And as I've now been updating the podcast,

I thought it would be nice to keep them on, you know.

So I've salvaged the recordings,

and I'm adding them to whatever

episode they were originally on. So the first one aired on this episode

Underwood and Flinch 29 in October 2010 and so it's here again only now I've moved it right

to the end of the podcast so do stay tuned right to the end for Planet U and F and do keep an ear out for them from now on.

Episode 29.

Hello listeners.

Last time in Underwood and Flinch, Underwood told David that he would like to make Michelle his mate. David, unsurprisingly, was opposed to this. But Lydia,

who was eavesdropping on the conversation, was even more opposed than David because she had serious designs on getting

Underwood's teeth into her neck. Desperate, she told Underwood that she loved him, a truth that surprised even her, and when he

failed to be moved, citing his vow that no flinch shall bleed, she used a twisted ring to cut her own throat, her reasoning being

that if Underwood was able to resist her, he wouldn't be able to resist her hot flowing blood. But she was wrong. Instead of

drinking from her, Underwood healed her wound. Later, rejected, angry, and in her own eyes at least, humiliated, Lydia swore revenge,
