Hello listeners and welcome back to Underwood and Flinch. A larger than usual

episode this week. Normally I'd split a chapter this big into two half hour

episodes but as you'll soon discover, there really isn't a convenient midway spot,

but I can chop it in half. Of course, you could just stop it halfway through and have a little

break yourself if you feel the need but hopefully

you won't. And so before we begin the story this week let's just have a quick recap on past events.

David Flinch decided that since he couldn't escape his fate,

he may as well try and wrestle some control over it.

When we last saw David, he was heading off to the study to delve into his late brother John's

computer files to learn more about Underwood and the resurrection process. What he learns about

raising the vampire, both from John's files and firsthand from Lydia, we'll learn

later.

Also, last time, Keith Mullins told his wife Michelle about his fears that decapitated

drug dealer Mark Coleman may have been involved with Russian gangster Sergei Alexandrov.

Keith convinced Michelle that keeping quiet about their past dealings with

Sergei would be the best way to ensure that Sergei stay out of their lives forever.

And it's with Keith's concerns bobbing around in her brain that Michelle, along with you, listener, step into this week's episode.
