Did you know that three quarters or 75% of adults in the U.S. are either overweight or obese?

And with those statistics, it makes sense that I have many clients

with a goal to lose weight. And of course, they want to lose it fast. When weight loss is slow,

we want a reason. Oftentimes in counseling, questions about the thyroid come up. They may ask,
