In this episode, I want to talk about the darts of fear because when I was going through

my anxiety disorder, I felt like I was being attacked all the time.

And it took a while for me to recognize that the attacker and the one that wanted to

heal were both the same person.

And for a long time, I thought that I was being attacked from the external world.

But in fact, it was really my perceptions and my interpretations of what was happening
